加拿大留學簽證材料中文版本：

1.返加學生臨時居留簽證申請審核表（申請人持有效的學習許可）

2.一份填寫完整的“臨時居民簽證申請表”（IMM5257）。年滿18周歲及以上的隨行子女必須填寫其各自的申請表格。

3.申請人及每位年滿18周歲及以上的隨行家庭成員需分別填寫一份完整的“家屬表和教育及就業細節表”，請使用中英文或中法文填寫。

4.申請人及每位隨行的家庭成員每人需遞交三張相同的在最近六個月內拍攝的彩色或黑白照片，背景為純白色或淺色。相片外框大小為35毫米X 45毫米。每張照片后面以拼音注明此人的姓名及出生日期（日/月/年）。

5.申請人本人及每位隨行的家庭成員的有效護照。每本護照中需包含除最后一頁外的至少一整頁空白頁。所有護照的有效期至少要持續到你計劃從加拿大入境后的六個月。

6.兩份用中文寫有申請人現行地址的粘性貼紙（無需信封）。

7.以現金支付正確的申請受理費。受理費不予退還。

8.如有第三方人士幫助你準備此次申請，一份填寫完整的代理人信息表IMM5476E。

9.18歲以下的申請人需有父母的同意函。

10.在加拿大參加過學習的所有學校列表及相應的全部官方成績單。

11.有效的加拿大學習許可。

12。由目前就讀的加拿大學校出具的確認申請人今后就讀的文件原件。

注意事項:

如果申請人想在訪問加拿大期間前往美國，在加拿大合法停留期限之內從美國再次進入加拿大不需要一個多次入境簽證。
請注意，如果支付了多次入境簽證費用、但是簽證官只考慮簽發了一個單次入境簽證，費用差異不予退還。并且，任何撤銷或被拒簽的申請受理費也不予退還。

加拿大留學簽證材料英文版本：
1.One completed “Application for a Temporary Resident Visa” (IMM 5257). Accompanying children aged 18 years old and above must complete their own application form.

2.One completed “Family Composition Information and Details of Education and Employment” form for the applicant and one for each accompanying family member who are aged 18
years old and above, completed in English or French AND Chinese.

3.Three (3) identical photos of the applicant and each accompanying family member, colour or black and white taken against a plain white or light coloured background within the
last 6 months. The frame size is 35mm X 45mm. On the back of each photo, write the name in pinyin and date of birth (day/month/year).

4.A valid passport for the applicant and each accompanying family member. There must be one completely blank page other than the last page, available in each passport. All
passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the date of intended entry to Canada.

5.Two (2) self-addressed adhesive labels with the applicant’s current address in Chinese characters (no envelope).

6.The correct application processing fee paid in cash. Fee is non-refundable.

7.A completed form “Use of a Representative”IMM5476E if someone has assisted you in making this application.

8.Parental Letter of Consent authorizing travel for children under the age of eighteen (18) years.

9.List of all schools attended in Canada with all corresponding official transcripts.

10.Copy of valid Canadian Study Permit.

11.Original document from current school in Canada confirming applicant’s future enrolment.
Note

If you intend to travel to the United States during your visit to Canada, you do not need a multiple-entry visa in order to re-enter Canada directly from the United States
during the period for which you were originally admitted to Canada.

Please note that where a multiple entry visa is paid for but, at the discretion of the visa officer, a single-entry visa is issued, the fee difference will not be refunded.
Moreover, the processing fee is non-refundable for any application that is withdrawn or refused.
