（這次簽證，簽證官考察的點比較少，只是在她專業上有所考察。不知道是不是這個簽證者把其他有用部分刪掉了。不過單從這些部分，看得出簽證者做的也并不是很到位。）

V: Who will pay for the expenses of this program?
M: My Parents. My father has a private ** company, and annual profit of which is over ** RMB each yr. My parents are also big customers in Future Business, so the expenses of ** program is really a small piece of their savings.
（這次簽證一開始就直奔主題，畢竟這個簽證真正的硬傷是在資金方面。不過從簽證者的回答來看，她的準備還是不錯的）
V: What's your plan after graduation?
M: I will join my father's company to become Finance Manager firstly, and after 3 to 5 yrs, I will take my father's position as CEO.
（當然這種說法是沒有問題的，可是因為她之前的工作并不是在她父親的公司里做，所以這里她這么說就很難讓簽證官認同。既然你這么注重你的家族企業，為什么這一年多時間不去自己父親的公司工作呢？所以有些話是不能直接拿來用的）
V: Will accounting knowledge from the U.S benefit your career in China?
M: Definitely. Actually there are many fields in accounting area. Financial accounting field is different in every country. But for management accounting field, the concept is same everywhere. Unmature interal management accounting systems are obvious defectd in most Chinese private companies such as my father's company. For example.... So the knowledge and experience from UIUC** program will help my future career a lot.
（廢話太多了，之前說的那些差異其實沒有必要去講，這反倒會讓簽證官誤會，既然有這么多不同，那你還學這個干嗎？）
V: (Nod) Do you have any relatives in the U.S?
M: No.
V: How many univ. did you applied?
M: 5, ** Univ. provide financial aid to me but I still choose UIUC, for I really want to pursue a top program.
（太過于強調錢了，讓人感覺動機不純，而且家里既然有錢的話，這里就別這么說了。）
V: Sorry I can't give you visa.
M: Why? pls tell me which requirement I don't match?
V: (didn't answer) I am really sorry..
（這次，簽證者不但沒有補上上次的漏洞，而且還在這次也欠下了帳。對于回國計劃部分也沒有敘述好。所以她才被拒掉）

（其實她的毛病并沒有出在資金上，經過兩次簽證，簽證官基本上也就認為她在資金上沒有問題了，所以簽證官對他出示的清單沒有太大興趣）

V: Do you have relatives in the U.S?
M: No.
V: What's yr plan after graduation?
（還是回到了歸國計劃的這個方面）
M: To join my father's private company...
V: why not work for your Dad now?
（問題明朗化了，之前簽證官懷疑的其實也是這個部分）
M: I work in ** company to accumulate advanced finance experiences in a multi-national company, which will be great help to my future career.
（這種說法難以說服簽證官，你要做的是接手你父親的產業，但你卻不在自己父親的公司里工作，當然說不過去了，與其去其他公司積累經驗，倒不如利用這段時間去了解自己公司的情況。如果自己在外面工作的話，反倒不如不用自己家里的這個背景）
V: (Just inputing into computer)
M: My father has retire plan for he has serious heart disease, so..
V:( Interupt me) So you shouldn't go abroad.
M: That's why I choose such a short program! for this is a very efficient way for me to accumulate enough knowledge and experience before join my father's company! Actually I withdraw admission and financial aids from other program, which is much longer than this one, for I really want to come back soon to look after my father and his company!
（很失敗的解釋啊，你這么說很明顯的就表現出你的出國動機并不是為了學習啊。為了早回來就壓縮學習時間？那你是為了去學知識還是為了去那湊時間啊？再說人家問你的問題是“既然這樣你就沒必要出國了”顯然文不對題啊。）

M: Working for my father's company can prove my value by 100%, for all the profit I create are totally belong to myself and my family! Moreover, it is the sense of achievement, that one can use his own efforts to make his own company become larger and larger..
（既然你在你父親的公司工作能夠發揮100％的價值，而且又那么有成就感，那你當初為什么不在你父親公司工作呢？跟前面的又矛盾了）
V: I can't give you visa.
M: Why?
V: Your Chinese people never come back.
M: Their situations are different from me! If they have a profitable private company as me, they will choose to come back!
V: I don't believe. Your chinese should ask your Chinese! Your were denied 3 times, you've done!

通觀這個簽證者的三篇簽經，我們可以看出，她并沒有從根本上了解到自己犯的錯誤在哪，而且雖然看得出她之前做了很多準備，但是并沒有好好的去思考，整個規劃行不成一個體系。另外，她的話前后都存在著漏洞，雖然家庭背景和工作經驗對她來說是個很好的解釋的方面，但是一旦像她這樣亂用，反而起不到好的效果。

五， 總結

簽證其實并不簡單，如果你不了解簽證，不以一個正確的思路來準備簽證，即便你有再好的條件，也未必能夠順利通過。簽證要考察的主要就是三個大的方面：出國的必要性，資金問題，歸國計劃。簽證官大部分問題也都是圍繞著這三個方面來進行的。而往往都是因為簽證者對這三個方面準備不足，或者說一開始的思路就不對頭，因此而被拒簽。作為總結，我再引一篇簽經，這個人曾被拒簽，還是自費，家庭條件也很一般�？梢哉f在他身上找不到太多的閃光點，可是我們來看看他是怎么來利用有限的條件來獲得簽證的。

ME:主動承認上次所犯錯誤.I'm sorry,I was rejected last time,because I didn't know I need 2-year expenses covered.

（很好的意識，簽證官不說話的話，就按照自己所準備的東西繼續往下進行，而作為自費生來說，而且上次又是在這里出現的問題，那么及時出示財力證明也是一個比較好的選擇）

ME:遞出存款證明(金額略大于兩年費用,7.21才開的),并遞上存折(多本)

（后面的解釋有效的補充了自己資金方面的不足，作為鐵路部門的員工，雖然收入不少，可是要想去供一個學生出國留學，確實也是相當吃力的。但是加上家里的其他投資，那資金就不成問題了。）

在這篇簽經里面，簽證官說話都很少，除了資金問題，其他方面只是簡簡單單的一問就給了這個簽證者簽證。有人可能會想這個簽證官是不是放了水。但通觀整篇簽經，這個簽證者拿到簽證主要原因是在自己充分的準備，和良好的發揮，而不是因為簽證官放水才拿到簽證。簽證者通過自己近乎完美的敘述，加上積極主動的意識，還有已經準備的相當充分的材料，很圓滿的說明了自己資金方面的問題。作為自費學生來說，這方面的問題說清了，那他也就有了7成的可能拿到簽證了。所以說我們不能把能不能拿到簽證歸于簽證官是否放水，只要我們認真準備，培養出積極交流的態度，就算簽證者在簽證時遇到了殺手，他也一樣有機會拿到簽證。
