留學韓國的外國學生可申請的獎學金一般分為三類，一是大學內部設立的種類繁多的獎學金，二是韓國政府獎學金，三是韓國財團獎學金。
韓國政府為留學韓國的學生直接支付一定數量的獎學金。韓國教育人力資源部、情報通信部、科學技術部、文化觀光部等相關部門都有專門針對來韓外國留學生的獎 學金補助制度，但是大部分都只限于從事專門研究的碩士、博士課程的學生。與此不同，各個大學內設立的獎學金名目可以說是種類繁多，特別是針對外國留學生的 獎學金項目更是不勝枚舉，所以韓國留學獎學金的申請重點應在校內獎學金。在與大學有關各方商談留學事項時，一定要盡早弄清楚相關的獎學金制度和如何申請等 情況。
大學獎學金
韓國的所有大學內部都設有獎學金制度，一般面向學業成績優秀者。很多韓國大學的留學生獎學金制度比本國學生的還要有利。獎學金以減免部分學費的方式進行補 助，一般來說為學費的30%-50%。獎學金的具體數額，不同的學校會有所不同，可查閱各大學官方網站。詳情入學時與大學的獎學金負責人商談即可。
