出國留學對于資金擔保和留學的費用都是很令人關注的。尤其是工薪階層留學就更加要關注了。加拿大最新推出的SPP計劃將使留學的擔保金和留學的費用不再困難。

SPP的意義即為"中加國際學生合作計劃",此舉尤其適用于雅思達到6.0以上的學生，對于此類學生，加拿大駐使館將放松對其資金來源的檢查，取消資金擔保12個月存款歷史的硬性規定。只要學生付清第一年學費，并存入加拿大銀行10000加元的GIC生活費存款(定息定期存款)即可。該費用學生抵加后可以按月支取，如簽證出現問題，該費用也會退還給學生。
