看到這個板上結婚綠卡的比較少，希望版主能mark，留給后面結婚綠卡申請的xdjm們。

我們是今年5月初結的婚，材料緊趕慢趕也準備了有一個月，五月底才寄出去。receipt是5月28號的。當初想趕緊申請，是因為打算今年十月份可以回國，不用H1B簽證，（我的專業，回國至少check 4 weeks，覺得會影響工作）。律師跟我們說，Advance Parole 3個月就下來了，移民局的人跟我們說，要六個月才下來。當時還擔心了一陣子，怕10月之前下不來，（據說從發通知說批下來，到拿到AP還要一個月。。。）結果比我們想象的好很多。

具體時間是這樣的
5.28, 2008 receipt notice
6.23, 2008 finger print
7.31, 2008 EAD order
8.9, 2008 Receive AP and EAD..

好像網上的status有時候是不update的，至少現在我看到我網上的status，AP還是pending，EAD已經send notice了。我們給律師看了我們收到的AP，律師說，就是這個。所以xdjm們在網上查不到更新也不一定就意味著沒有更新。：）

看似結婚綠卡申請AP還是比較快的，我覺得3個月的cushion 比較靠譜，而且一般card for order 到收到，也就一個星期，沒有一個月那么久。

關于材料準備。因為我的case是公司cover申請費用，請的是公司的律師，所以具體表格都是律師填好，我們去簽字的，這里不能幫什么忙。不過律師找我們要的材料如下：

for applicant
I-485 questionnaire
marriage certificate
documents regarding termination f all prior marriages , if applicable
birth certificate
birth certificates of children if applicable
copies of all pages of passport
copy of I94 card
copy of all prior visas and visa approval notice
medical examination
8 passport photo

for sponsor
I485 questionnaire
US federal income tax returns for past 3 years
copy of business license, if self-employed
W2 forms for last 3years
last 3 bank statements
last 3 paycheck stubs
letter from employer to verify employment of sponsor, letter should include
the following: date the sponsor began work at company; job title; salary;
indication of whether work is full-time or part-time
copies of all pages of passport
copy of I94 if applicable
copy of all prior visas and visa approval notices if applicable
naturalization certificate if applicable
birth certificate
1 passport photo
questionnaire 上基本上都是出生日期，以前的住址，有沒有犯罪之類的common question。
